Anna Schober

Projektmanager

Anna Schober, born in 1982, studied Business Administration and Cultural Management in Germany and International Relations and Communications in Mexico City. During her studies, she participated in the organization of significant corporate and public events in Mexico, Canada and Germany. Following her studies and before moving to Mexico in 2007, she organized the first Bosch Kultur Festival showcasing the diverse cultural ensembles and activities of one of the biggest German companies and its employees.

Living in Mexico for over ten years, Anna worked for both the private and the public sectors. She led interdisciplinary and cross-functional projects, including high-level international political, economic and cultural events such as the “2011 Year of Mexico in France” and “Partner Country Mexico” at the Hannover Messe 2018.

Combining the roots of her studies with her passion for perfectly planned events in 2012, Anna founded her agency for (inter)cultural project management, organizing numerous cultural festivals, open-air productions and concerts. Besides working with orchestras to engage conductors and soloists, she also managed tours of international artists, mainly opera singers and classical musicians, such as Joyce DiDonato and Simone Kermes, Penderecki String Quartet and Gewandhaus-Quartett, among many others. In 2017 Anna first worked together with the Dresdner Sinfoniker, coordinating their tour in Mexico and supporting their project “TEAR DOWN THIS WALL“. Since Anna moved back to Germany in 2020, she has helped the Dresdner Sinfoniker with event and project management, international relations, and fundraising.
